Player Background:
From Arlington, VA, Banks played H.S. FB for St. Frances Academy in Baltimore, MD, where he was rated a consensus 3⭐️recruit. Banks signed with Wake Forest in 2019, where he played 4 seasons prior to entering the transfer portal.
At Wake Forest:
After seeing limited playing time in his first 2 seasons, Banks developed into a key player within Wake's offenses in 2022 and 2023, recording 101 recs for 1,289 yds and 13 TDs over the past 2 seasons.
RZB Commentary:
Banks is a productive, big bodied WR with a unique combination of size, speed, and skill. Banks’ ability to go up and make contested catches would make him an ideal weapon for the Huskers to target in the red zone. RZB believes landing Banks would be huge for the Huskers. Not only would he add talent on the field, he would also bring veteran experience to the talented, but young WR room. The Huskers are competing with Michigan, Notre Dame, and others for his services
